Walk of Faith

"Since we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses to the life of faith,
let us run with endurance the race God has set before us by keeping our eyes on Jesus,

The Walk of Faith
The Walk of Faith, dedicated in the Fall of 2003, will be the focal point for entry into First Baptist Academy's Saints Athletic Complex. Thousands of people will enter the Walk of Faith each year. The walkway will contain engraved bricks which you may purchase as a permanent reminder to the next generation of prior faithful "builders."

A stainless steel archway (generously granted by the Hillcrest Foundation, founded by Mrs. W. W. Caruth, Sr.) marks the entrance to the Walk of Faith with a scripture verse engraved on the crossbeam. It encourages our students to press on toward the goal of God's call on their lives in Christ Jesus (Phil. 3:14). The archway, colonnade and Walk of Faith will beautifully symbolize FBA's mission statement-"cultivating a biblically informed view of life, compassionately challenging all to attain their potential in mind, emotion, body and spirit for the glory of Christ and the advancement of His Kingdom."

Become a Part of the Engraved Brick Project
Additional funds are needed to complete the colonnade and to continue the development of the Athletic Complex. By purchasing an engraved brick, you are leaving a permanent legacy or honoring someone special in your life. You are supporting future improvements to the Athletic Complex and the mission of FBA. Gifts over and above the $100 cost are most appreciated and will be used for further development of the complex.

Bricks may be engraved with your name or in honor or memory of someone special to you. Donating a brick is a meaningful way to honor or remember students, graduates, parents, friends, teachers, administrators and others. If you wish to honor someone, we will send notification of your gift upon request.

If you wish to order multiple bricks and would like them to be located together in the Walk of Faith, be sure to order all bricks at the same time.
